Compact Business Breakfast (Buffet) includes muesli & natural yogurt, bread, rolls & toast.
Accompanied by Black Forest ham, cooked ham, spicy salami, and mild cheese.
Also, homemade jams, honey & Nutella. And eggs from happy chickens for "Self-Cooking".
Beverages: Specialty coffees from our Swiss coffee machine, tea, milk, cocoa, water & orange juice.

Only 14 euros instead of 17.60 euros for ages 13 and above.
8.50 euros for children aged 6 – 12 years.
5.50 euros for children aged 3 – 5 years.
2.50 euros for children aged 1 - 2 years (Please understand that children from 1 year onwards cannot take a seat in the breakfast room for free.)

Please inform us of your allergies and intolerances in advance, and transfer the amount for breakfast with your final payment before arrival for organizational reasons.
Booking is only possible for guests staying in the Golden Rooster holiday apartments. Please book your breakfast directly when making a reservation. Unfortunately, on-site breakfast booking is only possible to a limited extent until 4 pm on the day before: Last-minute and spontaneous requests may not be accommodated.
At the request of many guests, we ask for understanding that your beloved pets must remain in the room during breakfast and are not allowed in the breakfast restaurant during this time.

Start your day well-nourished and in high spirits with a diverse selection of products, good coffee, various tea blends, and a delightful boiled egg. This is how we envision a successful breakfast.
Velvety Café Crema, full-bodied Latte Macchiato, or a creamy Cappuccino. Stimulating black tea, mild Rooibos, invigorating mountain herbal tea. Yogurt with fresh fruits and flaxseeds. Or perhaps something heartier with Black Forest ham specialties and a few pieces of cheese on the side? Various jams and honeys, as well as sweet temptations and seasonal fruits, are also essential in our opinion.

Opening offer for Summer Breakfast only 18.50 Euros instead of 23 Euros per person for house guests aged 13 and above, including all beverages.
(Opening price for the extensive Summer Breakfast is only valid if the breakfast is booked directly and bindingly upon reservation!)

AGAINST FOOD WASTE
The portions on our buffet are consciously small for ethical reasons, as we aim to actively combat food waste. Our staff receive the 'leftovers' from breakfast as part of their compensation, so there isn't much left at the end, and even less is discarded.
Therefore, as mentioned – our breakfast buffet is not a lunchbox: Please do not take anything from the breakfast restaurant.
Would you like a sandwich or a sweet pastry (each priced at 2 euros) for later in the day?
If so, please send us your order via WhatsApp by 7 a.m. as the appropriate amount of pastries will be baked each morning based on the number of guests.
