Hospitality since 1847

The traditional Hotel Hirsch, opened in 1847 and therefore the oldest inn in Baiersbronn, is now run by us as a supplement to our holiday apartments in the Goldener Hahn.
Anna-Lisa and Walter Gaiser from Hotel Hirsch handed us the keys in January 2023.

Life often holds surprises, and sometimes unexpected paths lead us to new challenges. This is exactly what happened when we heard that our neighboring hotel, Hirsch, was closing. Without hesitation, we decided to continue the tradition of "Hirsch" in our own "Goldener Hahn" style. With a touch of change but still driven by the same passion, we aim to turn the establishment into a vibrant meeting place for our breakfast guests. We eagerly look forward to the upcoming days and weeks when the Hotel Hirsch will be brought back to life with new spacious apartments – for and with our community and all those who enjoy staying with us and indulging in our morning offerings. Together, we are creating a new space where hospitality and pleasure go hand in hand.

We have recently started renovation and expansion works!

Through the renovation in spring 2024, the Golden Hahn will feature an additional wellness area with a large panoramic pool and additional apartments with 2 or 3 bedrooms.
