They include bed linen, towels and tea towels.

For credit card payment there is a surcharge of 2,95%.

If you wish to have additional people in the same apartment, there is a surcharge of 9 Euros per person, per night. For children between 3 and 6 years old, it is 4 Euros, and for children between 7 and 14 years old, it is 5 Euros. There is no surcharge for children under 3. All surcharge payments are based on cash payments..

The visitor's tax is not included in the price:
1,80 Euros per adult per night.

All our guests travel free on buses and trains in the area of Baiersbronn!

DELUXE: Additional cleaning of the apartment during your stay (11 Euros per hour).

Pets: we accept well-behaved dogs in the Stammhaus-, Appartmenthaus- and Landhaus. The charge is 7,50 Euros per dog per night to cover the cleaning costs.

N.B. All apartments feature: shower/bath, toilet, fully equipped kitchen, balcony or spacious private terrace, direct-dial telephone (Stammhaus, Apartment- and Landhaus only), payphone (Residence), Colour-TV. Lots of thoughtful little touches to make you feel at home.
In the kitchen of your apartment you will find a hob (with two or four hotplates), refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, enough pots and pans, tableware and tea towels.
There are no ovens in the apartments but you can have a microwave oven.
Undercover parking is available for 3 Euros per day but you must book ahead, as space is limited.

Shorter stay (under 7 nights) leads to an extra payment (final cleaning):

Stammhaus, Appartementhaus and Landhaus are in the old centre of Baiersbronn.
A corridor connects them all and the indoor pool is located in the Landhaus.
A cosmetic or massage treatment can be arranged for you.

Nearby are several restaurants where you can have breakfast and half-board.
Here you will find a small grocer, butcher, bakery and a nice pub within a walking distance.

The Residence is situated ten minutes (by car) away from the main complex with a magnificent panoramic view of Baiersbronn and the surrounding area.
Here you will find our non-smoking apartments and no pets are allowed.
